Work in a fast-paced team environment. Pre-use inspection of equipment before starting the job. Read and interpret drawings per the job. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW) Select proper tooling for the job. Set up pieces on weld positioner/spinner. Follow appropriate work instructions per the job and adhere to weld procedures. Follow the QHSE policy and procedures. Adhere to weld procedures Communicate process and safety improvements throughout the shop. Other duties as required. Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Journeyman Red Seal Welder. B pressure experience is an asset. Experience with stainless steel and Inconel Heat treats experience an asset. Overhead crane and forklift experience. Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
