Senior Copywriter. Culture-Driven, Brand-Building, Creator-Savvy
This role is not for traditional ad writers.

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can create work that lives across all mediums, from social-first storytelling to global brand campaigns, always with culture at the core.
What You’ll Do
Take creative ownership of projects from first concept through to final delivery.
Write sharp, culturally tuned copy that works everywhere from TikTok scripts to full-scale brand platforms.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, producers, and creators to bring ideas to life in ways that feel authentic and innovative.
Confidently present to clients, building strong, trust-driven relationships.
Mentor and support junior creatives, contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Champion creative innovation by experimenting with new tools, trends, and cultural insights.
Spot and shape proactive opportunities with clients, proving the value of culturally led, brand-level thinking.
Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging messaging with adaptable tone of voice across brands and markets.
Own your ideas into production, ensuring consistency and craft across every channel.
The Must Haves
5+ years of copywriting experience in top-tier digital, advertising, or brand experience agencies.
Proven track record working with culture-driving brands on big campaign work across media—social, digital, experiential, content, and beyond.
Strategic thinker with the ability to unpack briefs and shape them into powerful, resonant platforms.
Ability to flex brand voices with precision, adapting tone and language for different audiences and markets.
Strong understanding of production realities, collaborating with producers, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life.
Confident in presenting and defending your ideas in a compelling, collaborative way.
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms’ best practices.
Skilled in Google Slides and comfortable crafting client-facing presentations.
A portfolio that showcases idea-led, original work with cultural relevance, big-brand impact, and high craft.
Ability to travel internationally for production shoots.
