Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Performance & Analytics, this role will assist the team in providing support to the Security & Information Services group, and its internal business partners. The position will provide vacation coverage, and work on special assignments. The successful candidate will gain experience in a corporate environment, working with many different business functions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research as required for business case development and analysis.
Assist the team with the development of reports, budgets, and forecasts, preparing variance assessments during monthly and quarterly financial cycles.
Collaborate with team members in the creation & tracking of performance metrics, identifying trends, and potential recommendations for improvement.
Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation to support team members & annual goals as required.
Assist in documenting department processes across functions, supporting team members in efficiency analysis and improvement recommendations.
Maintain records ensuring proper storage and quality.

Qualifications:
University student who has completed at least 3 years of study towards a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint administration is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in serving a wide variety of functions.
Strong financial, organizational, and time management skills preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes.
Proven track record of good attendance and job performance.
