Job Description What is the opportunity? The Bilingual Implementation Coordinator role plays a crucial part in coordinating ATM implementation activities, ensuring the successful installation/movement of ATMs across the RBC ATM network. As an Implementation Coordinator, your primary focus will be on managing these ATM implementation projects, from planning and preparation to execution and completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, retail partners and various internal stakeholders across RBC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong project management, coordination, and communication skills, as well as gain experience in problem-solving, and agile work practices. You will also develop a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of ATM installations, including the hardware, network requirements and site preparation. What will you do? Accountable and responsible for coordinating and managing ATM implementation activities to install, add new, move or change (remove) ATM coverage, also known as IMAC activities, working closely with internal partners and third party vendors to execute these changes Proactively communicate and coordinate with our ATM vendors (ATM technicians; riggers), telecommunications/connectivity, ATM servicing and cash servicing activities to support Work closely with Relationship Manager, ATM Channel to plan out IMAC activities in relation to new relationships or changes to RBC branch or other physical presence Actively communicate with retailer, region and ATM Channel Team on plan and progress to execute ATM activities, working closely with partners to align scheduling activities (internally and externally) Provide support to ATM Team to manage ATM escalations, routing effectively to responsible team members or third parties to address issues Provide support to the ATM team with reporting activities, invoice reviews and invoicing reconciliation Actively problem solve and manage implementation issues, escalating as required to manage through implementation roadblocks What do you need to succeed? Must have: Fluency in both English and French languages Post-secondary education Experience (>2 years) Nice to have: Experience with project management, coordination, execution, collaboration across vendors and internal partners Experience with ATM business What’s in it for you?
