Sr. Business Analyst – Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including the establishment of new collaboration models with partners;
Project manage the strategic initiatives independently and with a results-oriented vision;
Identify and mitigate initiative’s strategic risks;
Ensure Bombardier’s Sr leaders have adequate visibility and alignment to strategic approach;
Build and evaluate business models while challenging internal and external assumptions;

How to thrive in this role?
You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline.
Graduate or Master's degree in operations management or a master of business administration (MBA) from a world-class academic institution would be an asset;
You have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in the Manufacturing industry;
You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor & attention to details;
You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information;
You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility;
You are able to meet tight deadlines;
