This position reports to the Senior Supervisor of Warehouse Services.
What you will do:
Maintain and analyze domestic warehouse product inventory records for all product lines that move through the Nutrien Midstream network.
Ensure that inventory systems provide high integrity data and reporting for both operational and accounting purposes.
Provide professional and timely service to external stakeholders such as Customers, as well as internal stakeholders such as Customer Experience, Sales, Product Management, and TD&L.
Support the transactions to move products into and out of warehouses (shipping and receiving).
Periodically reconcile warehouse inventories by collecting and comparing information from both internal and external sources.
Review and correct or process warehouse invoices for payment.
What you will bring:
Post-secondary education. A business specialty would be an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical skills, with strength in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts).
Strong interpersonal skills with a service orientation.
Detail oriented, problem solver, promotes team environment.
