Job Description: The Business Intelligence team sits within Provider Operations and is responsible for equipping the business with the data, insights, and scalable systems needed to meet our highest goals. The Business Intelligence Specialist plays a hands-on role in designing, automating, and maintaining the operational systems that power Provider Operations. This role leverages AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure data accuracy across interconnected systems. The Specialist applies systems thinking to translate complex business problems into structured, efficient, and low-touch solutions that scale across teams. What You'll Do: Leverage AI and automation tools to eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and increase data quality and timeliness. Apply systems-thinking to map business processes, identify dependencies, and design solutions that operate reliably across data and workflow layers. Translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements and build automated, auditable workflows that minimize human intervention. Develop, enhance, and validate dashboards, reports, and automation outputs that support decision-making for Provider Operations. Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, including process logic, change logs, and automation ownership details. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Systems, Data Engineering, and Provider stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent data flow. Proactively identify recurring work that can be simplified or eliminated through automation or process redesign. What You'll Bring: 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, RevOps, or Operations Analytics. Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures. Experience using AI and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable tools). Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured logic and scalable workflows. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query (M), or other business intelligence tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in systems thinking and process design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and concise stakeholder updates. Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, or scripting languages (Python, VBA, or Office Scripts) preferred. Continuous-improvement mindset with curiosity to learn emerging AI capabilities and automation techniques.
