In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of automation, from design to commissioning, delivering solutions that drive reliability and performance.
You will collaborate with a skilled, safety‑focused team on complex, high‑impact initiatives across Western Canada. This is an opportunity to apply your technical depth, contribute to continuous improvement, and help our clients achieve operational excellence.
What will you do?
Deliver end-to-end DCS projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
Configure and commission Foxboro DCS systems and HMIs.
Analyze P&IDs and control documentation to implement robust solutions.
Troubleshoot systems and provide on-site support during startups.
Partner with clients and internal teams to align on requirements and outcomes.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Extensive experience with Foxboro DCS (hardware and software).
Strong understanding of CSA/CEC codes and DCS cabinet design.
Skills in Wonderware Historian, FDSI, alarm rationalization, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with networks, VMs (Hyper-V/VMware), and system hardening.
Degree or diploma in engineering or instrumentation; APEGA registration is a plus.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% for project execution and site support.
