Q4 is hiring a strategic, business-oriented Senior Product Manager, Web Investor Communications to lead the evolution of our flagship website product line, including Q4 IR Website, Studio CMS and the new AI content automation agent. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale a product that serves 2,200+ enterprise customers and millions of daily visitors.
In this critical role, you’ll own the product roadmap, manage squads directly (IR Web and Studio) and indirectly (platform experience), drive adoption of our modern SaaS web platform, and scale AI-powered innovation that transforms customer workflows. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to accelerate delivery, adoption, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership Across Core Assets
Lead the full product lifecycle for Q4’s IR Web product, Studio CMS, and related platform experiences.
Own roadmap strategy, execution, and performance measurement across squads, including direct and indirect squad leadership.
Transition legacy services into scalable, modern SaaS offerings with continuous innovation.
Ensure continuity and support post-deployment to maintain strong client relationships and performance outcomes.
AI-Driven Roadmap Leadership
Evolve the roadmap for Q4’s new AI agent that automates customer content updates.
Identify and drive AI integration opportunities that improve efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Drive 2026 strategic priorities around scaling AI adoption across the IR web platform.
Use data and feedback to guide ongoing automation and product-led transformation.
Customer & Go-to-Market Impact
Drive adoption of the IR Web platform by aligning with GTM teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
Support the full customer journey, including post-deployment support and operational transformation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the org to ensure smooth post-deployment support and scalable operations.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop competitive positioning, messaging, and business cases.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Influence across teams to deliver high-impact, timely solutions with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the ELT, to align roadmap and investment priorities.
Champion a “whole product” approach—covering not just software, but also services, packaging, pricing models, and business performance.
What You Bring
6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving adoption.
SaaS experience is critical for this role, given the strategic direction and maturity of the platform.
Experience managing or building web platforms and internal tools such as content management systems.
Proven success influencing product strategy and execution without direct authority.
Strong business acumen; able to build investment cases and prioritize business outcomes.
Experience with AI/automation in enterprise products is highly desirable.
Exceptional communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
Data-driven decision-maker; comfortable analyzing insights to set priorities and measure impact.
