Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Chef de Projets- Contrôle des matières pour rejoindre notre équipe de Contrôle des Matières basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec plusieurs secteurs qui composent notre système manufacturier. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Planification et gestion des processus chargé de la planification des mouvements de nos équipes de transport, fournit le soutien pour la création et l’implantation de nouveaux processus ainsi que la gestion de certains items critiques à nos opérations L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Chef de Projet-Contrôle des Matières sera de soutenir les opérations dans la mise en place de nouveaux processus au sein de nos équipes de Transport, Magasin et Relance, collaborer avec différents secteurs de l’entreprise afin de supporter différents projets d’améliorations et le maintien et la surveillance d’activités liées à nos opérations . Vos défis: Mener à terme des projets de différentes envergures au sein de l’organisation du Contrôle des Matières; Être le point focal pour tous les processus de flux de matières, gestion des kanbans et points de chute; Assurer les méthodes et moyens de livraison de pièces aux postes de travail; Maîtriser la cédule maîtresse afin de supporter les projets reliés aux futures montées en cadence; Participer, organiser et faciliter le déroulement d’ateliers de travail avec divers intervenants; Documenter les processus et définir les requis de fonctions spécifiques; Proposer et implanter des pistes d’amélioration. Votre profil: Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en Génie Industriel, Administration des Affaires, Gestion des opérations et/ou de la Logistique ou toute autre expérience équivalente; Vous avez une expérience de 5 à 10 dans le domaine manufacturier; Vous avez une excellente compréhension du système manufacturier; Vous avez déjà évolué dans l'environnement SAP (un atout important); Vous avez les qualités pour travailler en équipe et vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership; Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, motivé par l’amélioration continue et la gestion de projet; Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement syndiqué; Vous êtes prêt à voyager de façon occasionnelle; Vous êtes bilingue (français, anglais). The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Project Manager - Materials Control to join our Materials Control team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with several sectors that make up our manufacturing system.
