Kitting Technician
The Kitting Technician is responsible for preparing and distributing the appropriate parts and supplies required for production and service orders. This role ensures that all materials are accurately kitted, stocked, and issued to support efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with ISO quality standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble new production kits for manufacturing orders• Complete kitting for remake and service orders accurately and on time• Prepare sales orders for shipment and delivery• Issue, post, and restock parts within the production area as required• Maintain accuracy in inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed• Support total quality control in accordance with the ISO Quality Policy Manual• Perform other duties as assigned by management in alignment with the Training Grid
More about you:
• Elementary education or equivalent required; secondary education preferred• Entry-level role; previous hearing aid manufacturing experience is an asset• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to follow work instructions precisely and maintain high-quality standards• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities• Capable of identifying order inconsistencies and supporting continuous improvement• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
