About Us
Vancouver Mitsubishi is a fast-growing automotive dealership focused on innovation, digital marketing, and community engagement. Our dealership also operates a luxury pre-owned division, Company of Cars, representing premium vehicles and an elevated customer experience.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts across both brands — combining creativity, strategy, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who loves cars, has a strong eye for design, and knows how to turn marketing ideas into measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns for new, pre-owned, and service departments.
Align all campaigns with sales goals, OEM programs, and seasonal promotions.
Manage end-to-end campaign performance — from concept to analytics and ROI reporting.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and vehicle listings for maximum engagement and conversion.
Use analytics tools to monitor leads, traffic, and performance, adjusting strategy based on results.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
Design eye-catching graphics and creative materials for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions.
Create and maintain consistent brand identity across all visuals for both Mitsubishi and Company of Cars.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external creators to produce professional photo and video content.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, event materials, posters, and digital signage.
Vendor & Partnership Management
Manage relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and vendors (AutoTrader, PBS, CarGurus, and others).
Work closely with OEM marketing teams to ensure compliance with co-op (TAP) funding requirements.
Negotiate advertising placements, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships.
Events & Community Engagement
Plan and execute dealership events, sponsorships, and trade show participation.
Oversee event logistics, displays, promotional materials, and lead capture processes.
Support charitable and community initiatives that strengthen brand reputation.
Budgeting & Reporting
Oversee and allocate an annual marketing budget.
Maintain dashboards tracking ROI, campaign results, and lead sources.
Provide management with regular marketing reports and data-driven recommendations.
What You Bring
3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in the automotive or retail industry).
Strong skills in graphic design — proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and customer experience.
Passion for cars, marketing, and continuous improvement.
Why Join Us
Be part of a forward-thinking team that values creativity and results.
Work across two unique brands — from mainstream to luxury.
Hands-on involvement in shaping marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand identity.
Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth as the marketing department expands.
