Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and feedback
Fostering strong relationships between the Co-op and its members
Managing front desk operations; accepting payments, answering/directing calls and emails, escalating sensitive or complex issues to appropriate leaders
Maintaining accurate member records; processing new member applications and updating membership status
Oversee daily administrative tasks
Report building maintenance issues and support safety protocols
Assisting with day-to-day upkeep of the administration building, including ordering supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and ensuring high image standards
Work closely with Executive Assistant and Marketing & Communications, along with other departments as required, to support cross-functional initiatives
Who you are:
You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education considered an asset
Experience in office administration considered an asset
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You have a strong computer and technical background, including effective working skills of the Microsoft suite and Outlook
You have proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
