Job Overview:
The SAP Training Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of SAP systems across the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing logistics, and liaising with department leads to ensure that all relevant staff receive the necessary SAP training. The role does not involve direct training delivery but focuses on planning, communication, and execution of training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate SAP training schedules across departments and business units.
Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and target audiences.
Maintain and update training calendars, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
Serve as the primary point of contact between training providers and internal stakeholders.
Track attendance, completion rates, and feedback from training sessions.
Support the development and distribution of training materials and communications.
Monitor and report on training progress to project leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure training logistics are in place, including room bookings, equipment setup, and access to SAP environments.
Assist in onboarding new employees with SAP training requirements.
Maintain documentation and records related to training coordination.
The Recipe for Success:
Proven experience in training coordination, project coordination, or administrative support roles.
Familiarity with SAP systems and enterprise software environments is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Background in logistics, IT, or enterprise systems implementation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
