Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Cambridge, ON
Type: Full-time | Executive Leadership
About Us
We are a family-owned, private enterprise with diverse operations spanning construction, real estate development and property management, investments, and automation/manufacturing. With a strong reputation built over generations, we are entering an exciting stage of growth and transformation. To support this vision, we are seeking a strategic yet operationally strong Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, governance, and execution across multiple businesses.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with ownership, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial future. This is both a boardroom and hands-on role: you will be equally comfortable driving corporate strategy, overseeing investments, building banking and investor relationships, and rolling up your sleeves to optimize accounting, reporting, and operational finance processes across our portfolio of businesses.
The ideal candidate thrives in entrepreneurial and privately held environments, brings discipline and structure, and has experience across multiple sectors—particularly construction, real estate, and manufacturing.
