Meet Benevity
Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join Benevity’s Growth Team, focused on driving scalable, data-informed growth across the B2B buyer journey. You’ll own our marketing automation strategy and systems to build, optimize, and measure multi-channel nurture experiences that generate and accelerate pipeline.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure that our automation programs deliver qualified leads, nurture relationships, and create a seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize Benevity’s marketing automation platform (Marketo or HubSpot) to drive lead generation, nurturing, and lifecycle marketing across global B2B audiences.
Build, test, and scale multi-stage nurture campaigns that move prospects through awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
Develop and refine lead attribution models and lifecycle stages to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
Create segmentation and contact enrichment strategies that enable personalized messaging across industries, personas, and company sizes.
Partner with RevOps to ensure data integrity, system alignment, and smooth lead routing between the marketing automation platform and Salesforce.
Implement and maintain system integrations with key tools in our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HockeyStack, ZoomInfo, LeanData, 6Sense, Goldcast, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimize conversion and velocity.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop dynamic, personalized content journeys that improve engagement and ROI.
Evaluate and implement automation best practices, ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective systems across all global programs.
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketo or HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment (Marketo certification is strongly preferred).
Proven track record of building lifecycle automations that drive lead to opportunity conversion and accelerate pipeline.
Experience integrating marketing automation systems with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and other SaaS tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data to drive decision-making.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, lead management, and buyer journey mapping.
Experience managing data quality, governance, and segmentation to enable precision targeting.
Excellent project management and communication skills — able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
Curiosity and a growth mindset — you stay on top of MarTech trends and continuously look for optimization opportunities.
Nice to Have
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools (e.g., 6sense).
Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Bizible, Looker, etc.).
Experience supporting international marketing programs or multi-language automation workflows.
Understanding of data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) and reporting automation.
