Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing sits on the executive committee and plays a key role in the organization’s strategic positioning. They contribute to defining the service offering, support the sales team’s activities, design and implement both internal and external communication strategies, and ensure the company’s brand visibility among B2B clients as well as potential candidates. In this capacity, they develop targeted campaigns, tools, and strategies aimed at supporting the achievement of the organization’s objectives.

As a Vice President of Marketing at Spiria, you will be required to:
In collaboration with the executive team, defines the annual marketing plan focused on sales growth and employer brand promotion.
Conducts a comprehensive assessment of the marketing department and implements an action plan to establish a strong and forward-looking marketing vision.
Actively supports the sales teams by developing tools, content, and strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize performance and strengthen client impact.
Leads and guides a multidisciplinary marketing team in alignment with Spiria’s management philosophy and culture.
Develops and maintains the company’s pricing, service offering, and internal and external communication strategy.
Designs and manages the marketing budget while monitoring initiative performance and return on investment.
Oversees the performance of digital channels, including the website, publications, and advertising campaigns.
Manages relationships with external suppliers and ensures the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of deliverables.
Oversees the production and distribution of promotional materials, CRM management, and the implementation of client recognition and loyalty programs.
Actively contributes to fostering an innovative marketing culture built on collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
The keys to your success
University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field;
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role;
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written;
Significant experience within a B2B service organization, ideally in a context of transformation or growth;
Strong experience in marketing planning, budget management, and strategic influence, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders to maximize commitment and impact;
Proven ability to support sales in complex or consultative environments;
Ability to identify business challenges and develop digital marketing strategies that integrate SEO, GEO, CRM data management, and other digital levers to optimize performance and return on investment;
Actively monitors emerging trends and integrates disruptive opportunities into the marketing strategy;
Demonstrates a mobilizing leadership style that fosters team development, cohesion, and engagement within a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Salary range: $130 000-155 000, based on a 37.5-hour workweek.
