collateral? If so, the Strategic Pursuit Centre (SPC) at BDO wants to meet you.
This is a replacement role and is an integral part of the SPC, the Proposal
Design Specialist will be responsible for transforming complex information into
visually compelling, client-ready documents that support BDO’s most critical
pursuits. This role combines design expertise, attention to detail, and
collaboration with pursuit teams to deliver creative solutions that drive
proposal success and uphold BDO’s brand standards. Job Responsibilities include:
Design and produce custom proposal and presentation templates, infographics,
illustrations, and other creative deliverables in alignment with BDO’s brand
standards. Collaborate with pursuit teams to conceptualize and implement visual
design ideas that effectively support messaging and solution narratives.
Translate complex ideas and messages into compelling graphics. Develop and
maintain visual assets to promote proposal consistency and efficiency. Format
final deliverables in MS Apps and InDesign to ensure they are client-ready and
suitable for submission. Archive and manage final design files according to
internal documentation protocols. Manage multiple deliverables and projects
simultaneously, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. Collaborate with the
National Graphics Design Group and contribute to SPC’s initiatives as part of
continuous improvement process. How do we define success for your role? You

& Requirements: University degree/college certificate in graphic design or
related field with 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design within a marketing or
pursuits team. Highly skilled at MS Applications including Word and PowerPoint
as well as Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign. Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout,
composition, colour theory and information design. Self-starter with strong work
ethic, able to manage own time and take initiative. Ability to work efficiently
and effectively under pressure, developing creative assets and collateral within
tight deadlines. Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior
leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong teamwork and communication skills for
presenting design ideas. Understanding of video production is a plus. Note:
