About the Role Identify learning needs and recommend learning and sustainment strategies in consultation with key partners and develop solutions to achieve desired business outcomes. Manage full cycle of medium to large scale projects including developing project plan; identifying key steps, achievements, timelines, and required resources, seeking stakeholder buy-in, proposing recommendations; implementation and measuring success/conducting evaluations. Procure or build program content in collaboration with collogues, consultants, subject matter experts (internal and external). Develop communication and change management plans, identifying required organizational touchpoints, timelines, and key messages. Collaborate closely with vendors and partner with internal clients, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the employee experience and/or advance the HR People Strategy. About You Post-secondary education with minimum of 5 years of extensive experience assisting in the development and delivery of learning programs in a corporate environment. Education in Adult Training & Development, Leadership and /or Organizational Development would be an asset. Demonstrated knowledge in developing accessible eLearning using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Evolve. Experience working with integrated learning and talent management system, such as Workday. Experience leading management development programs that enhance leadership talent in the organization. Knowledge and ability to apply adult learning and education principles in the design of programs. Previous project management and vendor management experience to deliver programs and initiatives. Effective written and verbal communication skills to conduct consultations, gather needs, facilitate sessions, propose recommendations, and seek buy-in from leadership and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in providing advice to clients in the development and implementation of programs, and initiatives, including analysis, research, design, development, facilitation, and program evaluation.
