Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst - Contact Centre
Remote Role (Canada, EST) Mon-Fri, 9-5
Ready to make an impact? As a bilingual Contact Centre QA Specialist, you'll track calls and emails, enforce quality standards, and provide feedback that drives success.
What You'll Do - Monitor inbound and outbound calls and emails to ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Objectively score interactions and document quality issues accurately.
- Provide constructive QA feedback to support coaching and performance improvement.
- Meet daily and weekly QA review targets, assisting with dispute resolution as needed.
- Track and analyze performance data using QA tools, sharing insights with leadership.
What You Bring - 2+ years in a contact centre handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proven QA in a call centre environment experience is required.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Must pass a clear criminal background check
