Job Description: Product Management Manager - Workday (Global) The TJX Companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and the world is looking for a Product Management Manager to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Delivery team which is responsible for software and systems that support TJX’s world-class Global Human Resources and Payroll organizations. This role will lead the team that designs, configures, and delivers the Global Workday Human Capital Management solution. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Product Management Manager who is passionate about all aspects of agile product management, is highly organized, and communicates well with internal and external stakeholders. The Product Management Manager will collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that business needs cascade down to the team level. Key responsibilities include: Accountable for creating and delivering the Product roadmap for in scope modules, partnering with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams Evolve lean and agile process and operationalize product management workflows while leaving room for flexibility and team-specific ways of working Collaboratively build a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range roadmap for the portfolio Maintains a prioritized portfolio backlog, including the prioritization of features with all global business partners Recognizes and manages upstream/downstream impacts from product decisions Accountability for the end-to-end delivery of Epics, Features, Stories and/or Programs to achieve business outcomes tracking the success of products and identifying areas for improvement Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at the portfolio/program level. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
