The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Lead who can connect the dots between business strategy and complex technology landscapes. You’ll bring deep domain expertise across SDLC, Digital Engineering (Full Stack, Mobile, QA etc.), Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI, and use that knowledge to shape high-level client solutions that meet real-world challenges. Operating as a trusted advisor and delivery leader, you’ll work across teams, technologies, and industries—particularly in banking and financial services - to turn vision into execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead technology delivery engagements across Software engineering, Tech Delivery, Digital Engineering, AI, Operations (including Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure), ensuring alignment with client strategy
Shape end-to-end solutions by bridging business goals with technical feasibility
Operate as a subject matter expert across SDLC, Digital Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI
Translate client needs into actionable delivery strategies and oversee execution
Mentor and guide delivery teams, driving excellence and fostering collaboration
Bring innovative mindset and solution along with client
Work as trusted advisor to client on technology innovation and transformation
Pitch CAPCO capabilities per Client problems and provide solutions across technology
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Technology Transformation, Tech Consulting & solutioning
Executive level presence and experience handling CIO, CRO, CDO
Proven consulting experience delivering Cloud, DevOps, or AI-integrated solutions
Deep technical fluency across SDLC, Infrastructure, and emerging technologies
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across both business and tech domains
Expertise in financial services, with a solid grasp of business context and challenges
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities
Bonus Points For
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Background in AI/ML implementations within enterprise environments
Experience in Software solutions, architecture, Digital engineering and Tech Transformation
Exposure to regulatory environments in banking or capital markets
Experience mentoring cross-functional teams or delivering complex transformation programs
