Detailed Position Responsibilities Serves as the primary liaison and first escalation point for Finance and local internal stakeholders regarding order-to-cash (O2C) operations—including orders, collections, disputes, and shipment-related issues—ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication to all relevant parties.• health authorities and regulatory bodies, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
