Job Description What is the Opportunity? The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Oshawa is seeking a Senior Associate to serve as both team lead and key relationship manager for a high-performing, fast-growing advisory team. In this dynamic role, you will lead the coordination of team operations, and administration, while supporting client service and wealth management activities. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all administrative, operational, and relationship management functions, while providing proactive, high-touch client service that deepens relationships and supports the team’s continued growth. What Will You Do? Client Service and Operations Support Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects. Provide proactive client service, focusing on responsiveness, problem resolution, and attention to detail. Respond to client inquiries related to transactions, tax receipts, and reporting. Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, ensuring accurate documentation across systems. Support the Advisor and clients through the wealth management process, maintaining audit trails for all wealth-related activities. Wealth Management and Relationship Management Support Gather and maintain client financial planning information and update client financial plans as needed. Assist in the follow-up and execution of wealth management action items, estate and trust work, and complex wealth processes (IPPs, philanthropic services, trusts, charitable giving, etc.). Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings and Wealth Management consultations, ensuring specialists and the Advisor receive the necessary documentation in advance. Track, report, and follow up on all wealth management opportunities identified via Salesforce, discovery tools, or client meetings. Support client onboarding and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and internal control standards. What Do You Need to Succeed? Must-Have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Exceptional time management and organizational abilities Proven ability to deliver world-class client service that is professional, warm, and engaging Nice-to-Have Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures Experience in the securities or wealth management industry Experience in operations management, project management, or team leadership Exposure to sales or business development functions What’s in it for you?
