Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time File Maintenance Clerk at our Agro location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Prince Albert Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Ensure price lists and product information are accurate in the point of sale (POS) system and inventory systems.
• Support inventory processes and stock-taking initiatives.
• Assist in tracking inventory adjustments and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
• Working in concert with existing File Maintenance, shipping and receiving and management personnel.
• Provide back up for cash up and provision of required daily reports.
• Implement, maintain, document branch training and safety requirements in compliance with Lake Country Co-op and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Lake Country Co-op Safety Team to ensure proper implementation of Safety Training protocols.
• Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
• Handle invoicing and related documentation as required to support location accounting operations.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Administration:
• You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; additional training or knowledge in office administration and agriculture is considered an asset.
• You have strong data entry skills and extensive computer experience with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills; versatility, creativity and flexibility are required.
• You are self motivated and well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
• You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You are attentive to detail, have strong record keeping and data accuracy skills and are comfortable managing documentation and reports.
• You must be able to fulfill physical job requirements – manual labour is required while performing inventory counts, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling and crouching. Office environment with exposure to shop and warehouse areas.
• You are willing and able to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
• You are experienced in working in fast paced, guest facing environment.
