Job Description What is the Opportunity? As the senior manager of Business Management & Analysis, you play a key role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Transformation & Chief Operating Office (TCOO) leadership team. In this role you will drive and lead the TCOO business management portfolio, with a focus on financial management & reporting, process improvement, internal reporting & cross coordination and special projects. What will you do? Lead the annual business management planning process, including partnering closely with Finance to build-out operational forecasts and financial models. Maintain and monitor the financial management systems; including variance analysis, decomposition of Technology & Operations financial frameworks, trend analysis to provide value-add support and supporting the Senior Leadership Team through monthly financial reviews. Cultivate key-partnerships with T&O COO Office team to underpin communication and strategic decision-making across each line-of-business, leading team meetings & events, internal reporting coordination translating strategy into reporting metrics. Prepare executive reporting materials for the T&O COO Office Senior Leadership team - creating clear and data-backed briefings, dashboards, and updates to support strategic initiatives. Plan and execute TCOO Town Halls, including content and logistics, business updates, speaker preparation and team building events. Drive efficiencies through process improvement and automation to find new ways to enhance internal operational effectiveness from SharePoint to workflow tooling. Support other functional groups, such as Finance, HR, and Operations, in fulfilling their reporting requirements by filling out relevant templates and providing adequate back up. What do you need to succeed? Must have: 5-7+ years’ experience in Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis. Strong analytical, Finance, Data, Operational and Technology expertise and an understanding of management reporting best practices. Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and financial control. Experience in developing and communicating metrics, KPIs and cost/value drivers to support strategic initiatives. Self-starter approach to problem solving and ability to actively prioritize asks from business partners. Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with strong interpersonal skills in-order-to establish key partnerships with senior leaders across the enterprise. Nice to have: Experience maintaining dashboards and automation/enterprise tools such as VBA, Macros, PowerBI, EPM or Tableau Proven track record of leading operational enhancement projects.
