Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Proposal Advisor for our Energy and Resources sector. Reporting to the Proposal and Project Control Manager, you will lead strategic proposals for projects in renewable energy, decarbonization, energy transition, capacity expansion, etc. You will produce compliant, impactful proposals that are aligned with customer needs. You will supervise the team and improve our ways of working in the age of AI and automation.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices in Quebec.

Primary responsibilities
Develop proposal strategy and highlight expertise and key projects.
Coordinate proposal production: content, resources, timeline, and compliance.
Write and optimize the content of proposals and required documents.
Produce and update related documents (resumes, project sheets, brochures, presentations).
Ensure final quality: accuracy, consistency, style, and visual impact.
Lead follow-up meetings and post-proposal reviews.
Mentor and support the bid advisory team for continuous improvement of practices.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant professional field.
At least five (5) years of professional experience in a position with similar responsibilities: in project implementation in the field of engineering or in the development of service offerings (preferably in the field of consulting engineering).
Previous experience in consulting engineering and/or in a professional services environment is an asset.
Fluency in French and English is required for this position in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our clients, partners, and cross-sector staff at the national level.
Excellent writing skills/very good ability to review and edit texts.
Advanced use of office automation tools (Office 365 suite) and information technologies, including SharePoint.
