About this role
We are seeking a Sales Operations & Deals Desk Specialist to drive the coordination and execution of complex digital services deals. This role will act as the central hub between sales, delivery, and finance, ensuring client opportunities are accurately scoped, documented, and moved efficiently through the deal cycle.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with technical and client-facing teams to translate meeting outcomes into actionable next steps.
What will this role do?
Deal Desk & Sales Support
Review meeting transcripts, discovery notes, and client conversations to extract scope requirements and translate into clear action items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, QA, analytics, PMO) to obtain estimates, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
Draft, refine, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and proposals, ensuring clarity in deliverables, pricing, and contractual terms.
Maintain version control and documentation standards for all client-facing deal materials.
Partner with sales leads and executives to accelerate deal approvals, ensuring compliance with pricing, margin, and risk guidelines.
Sales Operations & Process
Maintain pipeline accuracy by ensuring opportunities and deal status are updated across CRM and deal-tracking systems.
Track approvals, sign-offs, and dependencies to ensure deals move forward without delay.
Build repeatable processes for estimating, SOW drafting, and cross-functional coordination.
Support reporting on pipeline health, win/loss insights, and forecast accuracy.
Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes that improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
What do you need for this role?
5-8 years in Sales Operations, Deals Desk, Project Coordination, or related roles.
Proven experience drafting or managing SOWs, contracts, or client-facing proposals.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate meeting outcomes into clear deliverables.
Familiarity with professional services or digital agency environments is a strong asset.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and client success teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
Highly organized, process-minded, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
