- 10+ years as a cyber security consultant supporting both in a technical/hands-on fashion and as well strategic/governance focused.
- Recent experience implementing a SIEM and building out a Security Operations Center (SOC). Sentinel experience is ideal
- Recent experience ensuring compliance to frameworks such as ITSG-33, NIST-800, ISO-27001. Ideally NIST as that is what the client leverages
Description
The Cyber Defense team for the client is requiring the support of an IT Security Consultant to support multiple deliverables within their environment. The client has requested a Security Consultant that possess' experience supporting a variety of environments/products including:
- CMMC Compliance
- Penetration Testing: prior experience doing external pen testing but now coordinating
- Siem (Sentinel) experience
- Quantum Encryption Readiness: necessary plan by April 2026 to migrate to quantum resistant encryption
- Nist Framework: need to improve NIST Cyber Security Score
- Cybersecurity guardrails for integrating a new service to production
