Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resources manager, the incumbent acts as a business partner to designated areas and provides guidance and support to managers and employees in human resources management
Responsibilities
Acts as a resource to managers and employees on the application of human resources policies, programs and procedures and ensures their adherence to them
Supports managers by helping them create and monitor action plans to improve employee performance
Manages and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Acts as an ambassador for change management and supports managers in their efforts
Acts as a resource for managers and employees in the application and enforcement of HR policies, programs, and procedures
Leads compensation and job evaluation processes in designated sectors
Participates in the recruitment of its sectors
Participates in the resolution of human resources conflicts or issues affecting the entire sector he supports
Builds relationships and credibility with all levels of management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in labour relations or human resources
Minimum 3 years as generalist consulting role
Operational HR experience, plus the ability to handle strategic issues
Ability to adapt to change, including working with different people and in various situations
Motivated team player with excellent influencing skills
Ability to work in ambiguity
Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
