The Opportunity
SAIT’s School of Health and Public Safety is seeking an independent, detail-oriented and service-focused Work Integrated Learning Administrator. This role supports student placement opportunities, builds relationships with industry partners, and ensures smooth coordination of work-integrated learning (WIL) processes. You’ll be a key point of contact for students, faculty, and external stakeholders, helping bridge academic programs with real-world experience.

The Role
Increase the number of ECE placements by developing new industry partnerships.
Coordinate and manage WIL placements
Maintain accurate records and program data
Communicate with students, staff, and industry partners via email, phone, and in-person
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary diploma required
Administrative Professional or Early Childhood certificate/diploma preferred
Minimum 3 years of related industry and/or administrative and customer service experience
Experience in post-secondary environment is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to foster new external relationships through phone calls, emails and potentially site visits.
