In this role, you will:
Provide support for performance management, succession planning, leadership, inclusive workplace, and learning programs.
Answer program and process related questions from a diverse audience.
Provide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as required.
Help develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiences.
Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
Management of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site.
Support Talent Management project innovation for key initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-making.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of SharePoint.
Experience with Success Factors, SAP, or software such as Power BI would be an asset.
Prior work experience would be considered an asset.

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
