Job Description RBC Business Technology is looking for a highly experienced and passionate delivery-oriented Strategy Program Lead to have an instrumental role in our transformation journey as we build and execute on our vision and strategy across our global group supporting the Insurance, Investor Services and Wealth Management Europe and Asia businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the dynamic team responsible for enabling and driving adoption of strategic tools, supporting execution of strategic projects, identifying opportunities for optimization and engineering mindset behaviors across the global technology team, supporting our IT Strategic Initiatives and value analytics group. This individual will lead and oversee the delivery and measurement of our IT Strategic initiatives and be responsible for delivery and enablement of multiple projects, as well as the oversee , monitoring and reporting of IT Strategic Measures and KPI and its impact to financial management. What will you do? Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments. Strategic Execution: Translate IT Strategy into actionable, integrated programs with clear milestones, measurables KPIs and defined business value. Program Delivery: Own the end to end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities ( digital transformation , cloud & data platform adoption, data modernization). Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline. Governance & Control: Establish and run governance models, Steering committees and executive reporting to track progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization. Stakeholder Management: Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Across business and technology leaders, ensuring alignment and proactive communication. Financial & Strategic Measures Management: Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved. Tracking, monitoring and oversight of Strategic measures and KPIs. Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate, identify and resolve challenges, escalating where necessary while driving mitigation strategies. Promote a culture of teamwork & collaboration What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services High degree of proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks Exceptional Program delivery & stakeholder engagement Strategic thinking & complex problem solving Strong facilitation skills Leadership, Impact & Influence Analytical & Structured Approach Measure/ metrics driven Nice-to-have Industry knowledge, including Strategy Transformation and innovation PMP® Certification Change Management Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification What’s in it for you?
