As an Affiliated Clinical Counselor, you will provide short-term counseling services — in person in the Quebec City area — to TELUS Health EAP clients, according to your availability and capacity to take on new clients. You will be responsible for: Providing counseling services to a diverse range of clients facing personal, professional, or family-related challenges; Delivering short-term interventions using a solution-focused and collaborative approach; Managing a varied caseload and supporting clients with different levels of risk; Facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources when necessary. Desired Profile We are seeking affiliated professionals practicing as: Social Workers Psychologists Psychoeducators Psychotherapists Sexologists Requirements Hold a master’s or doctoral degree related to one of the professions listed above; Be a member in good standing of your professional order in Quebec (e.g., OTSTCFQ, OPQ, OPSQ, OPPQ, etc.); Have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience; Needs to be fluent in French; Possess post-graduate counseling experience with diverse populations; Be able to establish short-term therapeutic goals using a solution-focused approach; Be comfortable managing high-risk clinical situations and familiar with available community resources.
