Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Strategy Specialist is responsible for developing marketing and content strategies. Acting as a key point of contact, this person engages colleagues to bring strategies to life while ensuring the smooth running of departmental activities. They generate innovative ideas to promote our marketing initiatives, product launches, and charitable actions. Working closely with their manager, the e-commerce team, and the creative studio, they navigate the nuances of collaboration within a large multidisciplinary team. The Specialist is an exceptional communicator, mastering the brand’s identity and tone while possessing a strong understanding of our products and the apparel industry. In partnership with various teams, they play a central role in the ideation, execution, and deployment of content strategies, ensuring La Vie en Rose’s brand identity is always upheld.
Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies for product launches, new collections, promotions, and charitable initiatives;
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies and all related documentation, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines
Act as the main point of contact for content strategy implementation within the team;
Generate creative concepts for product and collection launches, including content, videos, and in-store displays;
Lead multidisciplinary projects by coordinating task allocation and ensuring timely delivery;
Organize and facilitate creative meetings with the content team to develop strong and engaging copy;
With the support of marketing copywriters, deliver comprehensive content documents adapted to digital platforms and aligned with SEO recommendations and timelines
Conduct regular meetings with other teams to communicate and ensure understanding of the content strategy, answering questions and making adjustments as needed;
Support the team’s success by assisting the manager and mentoring junior team members;
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in content strategy;
Ensure smooth communication across teams for updates and changes;
Collaborate on brand management projects
Your Profile

Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field
5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written (the person must be able to develop marketing strategies tailored to the Canadian market)
Experience in an advertising agency or in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset)
