Job Description What will you do? Proactive in keeping current with RBC policies and procedures and practices good operational risk mitigation routines during the daily execution of duties Supports National Managers on all On-boarding, LOA’s and Terminations of MS / FPIRP/AMS (including in-take forms/on-boarding checklists) Completes and submits CB Access requests & delegated Workday Tasks/Activities for LOAs/Terminations/New Hires Assist and coordinate all letters- appointment/departure notification for Managers Adheres to privacy requirements, privacy principles and practices to protect client and employee privacy Keeps up to date on all compliance related requirements. Provides support to Managers (MIRP / MMS) to enhance operational soundness Processes payroll one pay adjustments Submits SECAF exception to grid approvals through CB Access for review by centralized Field Operations Support team Completes and submits CB Access requests & delegated Workday Tasks Co-ordinates the recovery of equipment from terminating and LTD employees with the NOTL team Review My HR and CSF Operations Connect Site on a regular basis for updates What do you need to succeed?
