As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the team’s business development efforts, managing the ECI crowdsourcing platform and providing stakeholder support for Continuous Improvement programs across the Enterprise. You’ll work closely with your team and assist in the planning, development, and implementation of programs across the enterprise that integrates process engineering and improvement strategies that will help build the bank of the future. On top of managing these programs and our platform, you’ll be tasked with continuously improving how we operate through strategic thinking and introducing new ways of working. Your exemplary project and change management and technical skills will be essential in implementing enhancements to existing processes, ensuring successful adoption and sustainability. How you'll succeed Business Development – Develop and maintain business-led CI programs. Develop and maintain LOB CI programs to ensure successful employee engagement across the organization. You will stay on top of best practices and industry knowledge to identify improvements that will create a best-in-class client experience. ECI Program Platform – Maintain and update the ECI HIVE platform to ensure current and accurate content. Consider business needs and make practical recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain and develop reporting and stakeholder dashboards utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python and other AI based tools. Technical skills: Experience and knowledge with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Creative Cloud & Python. Strong Communication & Relationship Skills - Work closely with teams across the bank to execute Continuous Improvement programs effectively. Foster strong relationships and collaboration to ensure alignment and engagement in CI initiatives, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Leadership Skills – Use your expertise in process engineering methodologies and project management to lead projects and initiatives when required. Proactively gather data, information, and stakeholder feedback to provide informed guidance to your team. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support your team to resolve problems as they arise. Project and Change Management / Process Improvement - Preferred knowledge of major improvement methodologies and analytics strategies, including Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Agile. You will lead project delivery and ensure adherence to schedules while utilizing best-practice methodologies and applying process engineering and business analysis tools to enhance team competencies, manage changes and implement solutions. Additionally, you will keep the team informed on project progress, addressing issues as they arise to foster efficient workflows. Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for O&PE initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders. Who You Are You possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance or engineering and and/or 7 to 10 years demonstrated experience in these disciplines. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an asset. You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't.
