PROGRAM COORDINATOR, IN-HOME SUPPORT PROGRAM

Full-Time | 40 hours per week | $44,109 per annum
The Saskatchewan Foster Families Association (SFFA) exists to support and encourage foster families through education and advocacy, helping to create healthy homes, positive environments, and brighter futures for children and youth in care across the province.
We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our In Home Support Program at our Provincial Office in Saskatoon. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and supporting services for foster parents, extended family caregivers, and children and youth throughout Saskatchewan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the In Home Support Program.

Recruit, onboard, and support program staff.

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Conduct orientations for new families referred to the program.

Maintain accurate and organized employee and contract files.

Provide exceptional communication and customer service to foster families, staff, and partners.

Support program operations through various administrative tasks and special projects.

Travel occasionally within the province and work non-standard hours as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary education in Business Administration or Human Resources is an asset.

Friendly, outgoing, and collaborative team player.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting others.

Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license.

Criminal Record Check including the Vulnerable Sector is required.
