Sales Manager, Full-Time

This isn’t about sitting behind a desk. It’s about being in the mix — helping salespeople get better, keeping the team’s energy high, and making sure customers feel the difference the moment they walk in. You’ll work alongside our leadership team to keep the store running strong and the culture thriving.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy.
Work deals with your team, providing structure, strategy, and support when needed.
Maintain strong gross and volume through smart desking and disciplined process.
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience.
Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.
Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement.
Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.

What we're looking for:
Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).
Proven understanding of new and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems.
A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.
A passion for people, performance, and doing things the right way.
