Role: UI Designer, Design Systems Create, iterate, refine, and maintain design system components, patterns and templates in Figma. Ensure that all relevant information related to the component, pattern or template is added to the design brief in Figma. Advocate for UI standards and accessibility with designers, engineers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with product design teams to identify potential contributions and turn them into components, patterns and templates. Conduct design reviews and validate UI work. Ensure the design system meets the evolving needs of all users and aligns with overall HCD strategy. Evolve the contribution process and advocate for the adoption of the design system. Work alongside stakeholders to maintain high design standards and integrate their feedback into the design system. Present and socialize design system work and progress across the organization. Set up regular meetings with partners, stakeholders, and users to advance UI work. Foster strong relationships with end-users by actively seeking their feedback and incorporating it into the design system. Maintain Figma libraries and keep design files organized. Leverage the latest Figma features to increase efficiency, and align design work with top industry practices.
