Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Identity Access Management (IAM) Business Systems Analysis team, within Global Security (GS), is undertaking multiple complex enterprise and customer-related IAM initiatives, and we are seeking a Senior Manager to help in the delivery of these exciting and rewarding projects. As a Business Analysis lead, you will be responsible to coordinate, develop, lead and executing the Business Analysis project activities to ensure objectives are met, and work is completed accordingly. The BA analyzes Identity Access Management (IAM) requirements and business processes through current and future state analysis, requirements elicitation, and solutions identification, in collaboration with IAM IT and Strategy and with the various lines of businesses. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Understand the business context and be able to assess the impacts of the proposed change to people, processes, access management and security policies, and technology. Lead BA team members to perform a gap analysis between current and future states; assess and recommend the highest value-added solution options, Investigate and analyze business situations and identify options for business improvement. Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate. Collaborate and contribute to cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the completion of assigned deliverables. Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes. Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required. Assist in implementing portfolio objectives leveraging business analysis expertise. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: Relevant college/university degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or relevant work experience. Minimum 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience. Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders and influence key decision makers Experience as a team or project lead – ability to coach others and drive activities towards project deliverables and goals. Experience working on both Waterfall and Agile project methodology with good understanding of SDLC fundamentals. Nice-to-have: Working knowledge of IAM practices and technology (eg. Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk). Understanding of RBC LASS policies. Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification or Masters Certificate in Business Analysis or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) What’s in it for you?
