Role: Associate Solution Architect - Software Development Experience Level: 8+ years with 3+ years of lead engineer/architect experience Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performance software architectures (React focus) and enforce best practices and architectural standards Act as a React SME, driving component design, state management, routing, performance optimization, and building reusable UI components Design and develop secure, scalable backend services using Python, Flask, and FastAPI; implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs and optimize performance and data integration Identify opportunities for AI integration, develop MLOps frameworks, and collaborate with ML teams to embed models into applications Manage and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and provide guidance on database strategies.
