We’re looking for a Condominium Manager (Graduated Licensing Program) to join our Edmonton team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property administration, real estate, or customer service who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a licensed Condominium Manager.
In this role, you’ll support our Condominium Managers in the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of condominium properties. You’ll be a key point of contact for residents, board members, and contractors—helping ensure smooth communication, timely service, and well-organized documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting Condominium Managers with day-to-day operations of condominium properties
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications
Preparing meeting materials, notices, and correspondence for boards and residents
Supporting financial tracking and budget preparation
Helping maintain accurate records and documentation
Learning about condominium legislation, bylaws, and compliance requirements
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge
Attending board meetings and general meetings in support of the Condominium Managers
