No experience? No problem! If you’re eager to learn and have a positive attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. What you’ll be doing: Manufacturing & Processing: Package, weigh, and label cannabis product in a manufacturing/warehouse setting Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. Sanitization & Preparation: Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up production equipment and workspaces. Packaging & Documentation: Weighing, scanning, labeling, counting, and inspecting cannabis material while maintaining accurate documentation per regulations. Compliance & Documentation: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health Canada regulations. Team Collaboration: Assisting colleagues, cross-training with other departments, and supporting the onboarding of new team members. What We’re Looking For No previous experience or education is required! If you’re: A Quick Learner: We’ll teach you everything you need to know about working with cannabis plants. Physically Active: Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during your shift. Detail-Oriented: Ready to take care of tasks carefully and accurately.
