Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will support and drive Moneris' End-User Enablement Device Technologies and strategy. This includes but is not limited to supporting our Modern Management Strategy to drive automation and enable end user self-service, image development and release strategy for Windows OS, end-user hardware and software standardization, script automation, device Management Solutions (i.e, Intune, SCCM), and GPO administration through active directory. This role also provides third level support to Service Desk and Deskside support teams to ensure timely and accurate support for unresolved end-user escalations. This Senior role will also provide technical guidance and leadership on a day-to-day basis to the fellow Engineers. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, End User Services. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Utilize Intune to configure and facilitate application deployments and endpoint patching. Configure and administer device enrollment and workloads to drive automation initiatives such as autopilot. Manage Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices through Intune, and other SaaS management platforms. Establish and maintain hardware and software standards for end-user devices. Responsible for the image development, security, and release strategy execution for Windows computing endpoints. Patch and vulnerability management execution of endpoints through Intune, SCCM and other SaaS platforms. Leads others to help solve complex problems while utilizing skill set to work on assignment with high levels of risk and complexity. Develop and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation scripts to streamline endpoint management, automate reporting, and enable self-service experiences. Provide third level support to Service Desk and Deskside staff for complex end-user escalations not resolved through standard support channels. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation, standards, and process improvement initiatives. Lead testing and pilot initiatives for new Intune, Windows, and security feature releases to assess enterprise readiness. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or related business experience Minimum 5 years related experience in an end-user enablement and support role Minimum 5-7 years working with Modern Management end user technologies 5–7 years working with modern endpoint management technologies (Intune, Autopilot) 3–5 years of scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Graph API, or similar) Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
