We're hiring our first Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion. This is a foundational role where you'll work directly with our GTM leadership team to transform how we operate, report, and scale.
You'll be the architect of our revenue engine—taking our current tools (HubSpot, Omni, Gong) and turning them into a well-oiled machine that gives us real-time visibility into what's driving the business and maximizes our team's productivity.
This position is remote and open to candidates located within the Americas time zones.
What You'll Own
CRM & Systems
Mature our HubSpot instance from functional to exceptional—building out custom objects, workflows, automations, and integrations
Complete HubSpot buildout with proper data structure and automation to support scale
Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other GTM tools
Implement and integrate AI tools across our GTM stack to drive efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
Build the reporting infrastructure that gives us a pulse on key business drivers
Create dashboards in Omni Analytics for sales, marketing, and leadership
Implement forecasting models and pipeline analytics
Launch forecasting capabilities that enable accurate pipeline management
Process & Enablement
Design and implement new processes and programs that scale our operations
Create the operational infrastructure to support team growth
Optimize seller productivity through better tools, workflows, and insights
Partner with marketing on campaign performance, lead routing, and operational support
Document processes and create training materials for the team
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
You've owned the implementation of HubSpot or Salesforce from start to finish
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design, document, and drive adoption of new workflows
Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards
Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives with guidance but doesn't need hand-holding
Bonus Points
SQL knowledge for analytics and reporting
Experience with AI tools and integrating them into GTM operations
Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products
Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics, or similar tools
