EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Completion of 2 year college diploma in Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with CFC Certification Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance and operational experience on building environmental systems and services CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCES Valid Ontario unrestricted G class driver’s licence (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerit points accumulatedCurrent Ontario Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certificate cardTSSA 4th class Operating/Power Engineer Certificate is an assetKNOWLEDGE First Aid Computers (PC based) Modern building, mechanical and electrical systems Plumbing, HVAC systems Electronic and pneumatic controls Air handling systems Welding, brazing and soldering Preventative maintenance procedures Safety procedures Municipal and Provincial Health & Safety and Fire Regulations D.D.C.
