As the Product Manager for our Security & Investigations domain, you'll combine
a business analyst skill set with classic product management, AKA you'll get to
be creative with new solutions and carry out complex configurations! Most of
all, it requires a passion for making a great product. You will have autonomy
ensuring the application is highly functional, complete and efficient to deliver
and support, and is loved by customers!

What you’ll be doing:
Product Product Knowledge & Strategy (20%)
- Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your product or application, as
well as the customers who use it. Develop a good understanding of customer
personas, market dynamics, and how the product addresses user needs and pain
points. ·
- Stay aligned with divisional and company-wide goals, ensuring product
initiatives are clearly mapped to strategic objectives and deliver measurable
value. ·
- Champion the product and divisional strategy by effectively communicating how
individual features and initiatives contribute to broader business outcomes.
· Contribute to product strategy at both the product/application and
divisional levels, offering insights that shape roadmaps and prioritization
decisions.
Measures of success: Clear understanding and articulation of the cascade from
business objectives down to features that solve customer problems and plans and
prioritizes work that deliver to these. Expert in how the product or application
works and how it meets customer needs.
Product Delivery (50%)
- Identify and prioritize problems or opportunities using customer insights,
data analysis, and a defined prioritization framework to ensure focus on the
most impactful problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to explore and clearly define problems, desired
outcomes, success metrics, and the scope of investment required for each
initiative.
- Develop and maintain user personas to guide solution design and ensure
alignment with real customer needs and behaviors.
- Partner with R&D and Design teams to evaluate solution options, break down
initiatives or features into value-driven milestones, and ensure feasibility
and alignment with strategic goals whilst being the voice of the customer.
- Validate outcomes by measuring whether delivered features meet customer needs
and achieve the intended success metrics, iterating as needed.
- Ensure product documentation and monitoring are up to date, enabling
transparency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Measures of success: Backlog is properly groomed and prioritized. Working
closely with development, the whole delivery team is aligned on outcomes and
measures of success. We maximize the value generated through development efforts
by delivering increments of value and driving feature uptake.
Value Optimization (30%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineering, design,
marketing, and customer success - to ensure new features and initiatives
deliver maximum business value. ·
- Continuously evaluate customer feedback and usage data to identify
opportunities for iteration, enhancement, or optimisation of existing
features.
- Track and report on product/feature performance, clearly articulating how
product outputs track against success metrics and contribute to divisional
and broader business outcomes.
Measures of success: Clearly articulates how Product features and initiatives
have delivered business value. Value is derived from Product Deliverables faster
and we understand who is using our features and how. We recognise when to
iterate and when not to.
What you will bring:
- 7+ years of related experience in a SaaS environment.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
discipline/or equivalent.
- Must have successfully implemented AI into a SaaS product and brought it to
market.
- Experience in B2B software.
- Evidence of your portfolio of products that you have brought to market.
- Demonstrated success in product management and experience with customer
facing.
- Excellent verbal/written skills.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt.
