Your role at Delta Faucet: Are you ready to lead the charge in managing the lifecycle of repair parts at Delta Faucet Company? As a Repair Parts Manager, your role includes leading all aspects of the organization, availability, pricing, and distribution of replacement components across various channels. Your contributions will directly aid in our business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales, assisting in upholding our world-class repair parts network. Reporting to the Director, Consumer Service, you will gain experience working with cross-functional teams, implementing innovative strategies, and driving customer satisfaction to new heights! Responsibilities: Repair Part Setup: Manage the creation and configuration of new RP SKUs, ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with product lifecycle strategies. Coordinate the procedure for identifying and phasing out outdated components, collaborating with Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions teams. Website & Catalog Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date RP information on digital platforms and in printed catalogs. Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain competitive and consistent pricing for all RPs, in collaboration with Finance and Sales. Stocking & Distribution: Ensure efficient stocking levels and distribution strategies to support timely fulfillment across all sales channels. Sales Support: Provide RP expertise and support for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and customer inquiries. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Contact Center, Knowledge Management, Training, and QA teams to ensure accurate documentation, training materials, and customer support processes. Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information effectively, interpret data, and make informed decisions. Industry Knowledge: Experience managing complex product catalogs and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs in both B2B and D2C environments.
