QuadReal: Excellence lives here. www.quadreal.com The Revenue Administrator, reporting to the Supervisor of Revenue Administration, is responsible for compiling and reporting on property-related revenue activities. This role contributes to process and technical enhancements in collaboration with the Manager and Supervisor, and engages with Community Managers, Enterprise Services, and the Corporate Residential team to support a portfolio of residential properties. All duties are performed in accordance with QuadReal’s mission, vision, and values, with the incumbent serving as a representative of the organization’s brand and culture. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely entry of accounts receivable transactions, rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, rent adjustments, and tenant information using Yardi software. Process all tenant charges and oversee the management of rentable items. Reconcile and account for all cash transactions related to resident accounts. Administer pre-authorized payment processing for residents. Draft and distribute resident correspondence in coordination with on-site teams. Collaborate with site staff and the accounting department to gather, verify, and report information through scheduled and ad hoc reporting. Provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring for site staff on administrative procedures. Facilitate the flow of documentation between site locations and the regional head office. Analyze and review internal receivables reports in partnership with managers and site staff. Function as a liaison between residents and Accounting to resolve accounts receivable inquiries. Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end invoicing and resolution of financial queries. Prepare and organize documentation required for legal proceedings. Support the monthly renewal process by generating preliminary edit lists, processing changes, creating renewal letters in Yardi, and coordinating their delivery to residents or community offices Perform additional related duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Minimum of three years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong financial acumen Prior experience in Residential Real Estate is considered an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level) and experienced with Yardi property management software. Collaborative team player with a proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and commitment to meeting deadlines. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
